AMBASSADOR PROGRAM

The Organizing Committee of the PENN ENDO Global Symposium 2021 invites professionals of endodontology to join the Symposium Ambassador Program. The main objective of this initiative is to identify and recognize the contributions and efforts of notable professionals and key opinion leaders, who would be eager to spread the event information in their region and share symposium invitation on their own initiative and good will. The program encompasses networking among professionals and organizations of different scope and field, but mostly in odontology and endodontology. The program is open to all professionals regardless their specialization, title or country. The main condition is the willingness to spread the word about valuable education options of Penn Symposium and to share the news among colleagues.

The position of Ambassador entitles professionals to represent PENN ENDO Global Symposium 2021 and spread the event information among potential participants locally and internationally. Being an Ambassador does not require major specific efforts from you – you may simply incorporate it in your everyday activities. The Symposium Secretariat will provide you with all relevant material and information in order to properly represent the event and the host country.

Application for Ambassadorship

• Submit your application by e-mail info@pennglobalvilnius2021.com in free written form;
• Send your personal details to be used for symposium website: title, name, surname, specialization, country, e-mail address;
• Present your short CV & photo.

The Organizing Committee will review your application within one week and send you a notification by e-mail. Upon confirmation of your status as an Ambassador, we will also equip you with a special code that will be useful for your colleagues to receive a 10% discount. The discount will be applied only if they register online and use their discount code.

*The promotion is valid only for early and late registration stages, excluding special sale (valid until 09.30) and regular+onsite fees. The discount does not apply for workshop registration, PENN Faculty, students, gala dinner and accompanying person registration fees.

Ambassador’s Package

A special Ambassador’s kit will help you to act as an Ambassador:

• Your own profile on symposium website with your photo, contacts and other relevant information;
• E-mail signature, which you can include right after your signature in all e-mail communication;
• Electronic symposium leaflet in JPG/PDF format for use in all electronic channels, such as websites, intranet, presentation slides etc.
• Ambassador’s certificate, presented at the Symposium;
• Connection via Facebook to share the news via a single click.

Your Visibility and Appreciation

In appreciation of your contribution the Organizing Committee:

• Along with an official Ambassador’s title, will announce your profile on the Ambassadors’ page on symposium website as well as social networks;
• Will grant you privileges when participants apply your personal Ambassador’s code during their registration. Every participant who registers with the code will receive a 10% discount and will also bring you a 10% discount into your cart if at least 2 delegates register for the event. Once summarized the total deduction for the ambassador will be calculated in the following way: for 3 registered participants you will earn a 30% discount. If you register more than 3 participants you will receive a proportional discount – 60% for 6 participants, a free ticket for 10 participants, or two free tickets and 50% discount in case as many as 25 participants register with your code.
